A fantastic full time, permanent role has come up for a Key Account Aftersales Representative to join ourHazelmereTeam.
In this role you will:
Drive customer loyalty with a dedicated focus on key accounts.
Manage the parts function (and extended offerings) of the relevant business entity's profitably and to service the parts needs of the company and Retail Customers by delivering exceptional customer service.
Enhance the customer experience and value offered in assisting with the efficient and timely supply of parts.
Support customers with product and service offerings through regular engagement and site visits.
Achieve and exceed annual financial operating targets for revenue and gross margin.
Liaise with Parts management team to ensure Safety, Quality and Productivity for the Parts Team.
