Assistant Director
Our federal government client is seeking a talented and driven Assistant Director. You will assist with the day-to-day delivery of employee support and wellbeing services including implementation of the new Wellbeing Plan and procurement of associated services; facilitating investigations into misconduct; and injury management oversight.
About the role:
Provision of technical advice and guidance to CIT staff and managers on misconduct, injury management and wellbeing support services.
Leading the implementation of the CIT Wellbeing Plan and procurement services to support the initiatives of the project.
Undertaking misconduct processes including associated investigations and sanctions recommendations.
Assisting with compensation and non-compensation processes.
Preparing complex briefing materials, correspondence, briefs and reports.
Form productive partnerships with internal and external clients to facilitate successful negotiation.
