The Role:
We are on the hunt for an effective Service Manager, who will be at the forefront of our operations, driving efficiency and results across all facets of the branch, and ensuring alignment with our company values. You will be a hands on leader who empowers your team to succeed, with a strong focus on KPI’s, regular site visits, growing customer relations, and accountability for the overall leadership, budget, safety and performance of your team.
You will be responsible for:
Managing operations in accordance with site requirements, leading client contract meetings and actions.
Job management process including service, installations and repair data via Simpro
Lead, mentor, train and supervise your team and ensure consistency of processes and procedures.
Operations are to be carried out as per the appropriate standard, Safety and cost-effectively.
Improve operational management and enforce the use of systems, processes, and best practices.
Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
Our ideal candidate:
Proven work experience as a Service Manager or similar role.
Proven ability to effectively manage and lead a team.
Knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management.
Ability to anticipate business needs and be proactive in taking actions to achieve business goals.
Ability to create and support a performance driven culture.
Experience budgeting and forecasting.
