CH on Peel Pty Ltd (trading as Central Hospitality Group) / CH Boutique Hotel is currently looking for a couple of hardworking, dedicated individuals with an eye for detail, quality and cleanliness to join our housekeeping team.
Duties and Responsibilities as a Housekeeping Personnel:
* Clean guest rooms and hotel public areas to the hotel's high standards and guidelines.
* Ensure all rooms are fully stocked with guest amenities.
* Ensure towels and linen are refilled, replaced and stored correctly.
* Report maintenance requirements.
* Report lost property following correct hotel procedures.
* Ensure all equipment is maintained, used and stored correctly.
* Use appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes ensuring safe work practices are maintained.
* Ensure all WH&S policies and procedures are followed.
About You:
* Previous experience working in a housekeeping department or a commercial cleaning setting is desirable
* High standard of personal presentation
* Team player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and approach to work
* Physically fit and energetic
* Able to follow clear instructions
* Effective communication skills
* Strong organisation and time-management skills
* Excellent eye for detail
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
