A prime opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to join a great and growing team.

Daily tasks include:
1. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals, as well as technical and trade workers.
2. Coordinating the allocation of labour, sourcing, and delivering materials, machinery, and equipment.
3. Negotiating with building owners, property developers, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet deadlines and stay within budget.
4. Drafting tenders and bids for contracts.
5. Establishing and managing work schedules for construction sites.
6. Ensuring compliance with building regulations, performance standards, quality control, cost estimates, and safety protocols.
7. Engaging in building activities either directly or through subcontracting.
8. Coordinating building inspections by local authorities.
9. Submitting plans to local authorities for approval.
Requirements:
• Postgraduate qualifications in civil engineering or relevant field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience as Project Manager.
• A combination of relevant experience and/or education/training in construction, architecture, engineering, project management; or extensive experience and project management expertise in capital infrastructure and built environment projects.
• Knowledge of the property industry and significant experience at a senior level in project management and in the management of projects in large complex organisations.
• Experience managing stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
• Knowledge of project methodology, tools practice
Annual salary: $70,000 -$80,000 + superannuation
Hours of work per week: 38 hours/week
