End to end Pega implementation experience as LBA
• 5+ Years of total Pega Experience
• Certified Pega Business Architect (Preferably version 7.4 or later)
• Strong Stakeholder Management
• Successful Business Transformation credentials
• 5+ Years of Work experience in International Markets such as Australia, Europe or the US.
• Strong Knowledge of Pega Strategic Application- Pega Customer Service
• Champions Agile delivery across organisations
• Strong Domain experience in Banking services is preferred.
