Your Impact
This role will be responsible overseeing all Duty Managers and Supervisors, and for assisting the Venue Manager with the smooth, efficient and profitable running of our Carlton Brewhouse in Abbotsford, Vic.
Full time: 38 hours, Tuesday to Saturday 11am-9pm. Tuesday close at 5pm.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing the day to day running of the venue, ensuring that all departments are prepared, ready and staffed appropriately
Ensuring customer service, venue and staff presentation and product quality and levels are maintained to agreed standards at all times, especially when absent
Growing the revenue of the operation in line with the venue budget
