Job Title: Electronic Design Engineer Location: Southampton Salary/Rate: 50,000 to 55,000 An exciting opportunity awaits an enthusiastic individual to join a dynamic engineering team involved in a variety of cutting-edge projects. The work is diverse, and training will be provided as necessary. As an Electronic Design Engineer, you will be part of a small team working on bespoke industrial computer systems. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial brief to final product delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret customer requirements and produce detailed requirement specifications. - Complete electronic designs and produce schematics. - Create PCB layouts using Altium and detailed BOMs. - Liaise with manufacturers and oversee PCB manufacturing. - Develop and oversee test routines and procedures. - Conduct final debugging and supervise compliance testing. - Collaborate with the engineering team to share advice and guidance.
