Reporting to the Guest & Residents Experience Manager, you will be responsible for the welcoming experience and initial contact to all who walk through the doors, providing exceptional customer service to our guests, and responding to resident and guest requests promptly. This role is welcoming guests, carrying luggage, escorting guests to their rooms, valet parking, as well as, retrieving guests’ cars.
Your role will also include explaining the facilities of the Hotel, processing and delivering packages to our residents, providing tourism information in dining or entertainment recommendations to our guests. You will respond to guest calls promptly ensuring an outstanding guest experience and assist any resident or guest with inquires.
You will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times while ensuring guest confidentiality and following procedures and processes. You will be required to valet park cars and assist guests with luggage and belongings ensuring total customer satisfaction.
