We are thrilled to introduce an exciting new opportunity available for an Office Assistant to join the newly formed Business Partner Enablement Team (BPET) within the National Buying department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a 12-month fixed term contract position.
Our Business Partner Enablement Team play a key role in the monitoring of supplier performance and preparation and coordination of business partner communications.
What does the role look like?
- Develop and maintain relevant process documentation
- Liaise with stakeholders
- Action ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Create and maintain datasets to ensure efficient workflow to all ALDI stakeholders
- Take and distribute meeting minutes
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team and assist with ongoing projects as required
