1. Setting up workstations and operating kitchen equipment
2. Measuring and weighing ingredients
3. Following recipes and set menus
4. Baking, grilling, steaming or boiling fish, meat, vegetables and other foods.
5. Presenting and garnishing dishes
6. Adhering to kitchen hygiene and safety standards
Duties for Restaurant Manager
1. Ensuring an iconic experience for customers and staff
2. Leading the front-of-house and back-of-house staff and promoting a positive and respectful work environment
3. Daily ordering from suppliers and ensuring costs are kept in accordance with the company.
4. Ensure efficient and consistent service standards are provided
