Task & Responsibilities Providing therapy services to individuals with disabilities, both children and adults, using up-to-date evidence-based practices and focusing on personalized care within a team of professionals. Handling a diverse caseload consisting of children and adults with complex and unique needs, collaborating with clients of all ages, their families, and caregivers to identify strengths, abilities, and goals. Utilizing appropriate assessment tools and methods to evaluate strengths and areas of improvement, enabling the identification of effective intervention strategies. Being proficient in delivering therapy in various settings such as centers, schools/preschools, group homes, private residences, and through telehealth services. Actively contributing to the professional growth and development of the Occupational Therapy field. Advocating and embodying the core values of COREASSIST, which are innovation, respect, and bravery. Qualification & Experience Formal qualifications preferred with at least 2 years of relevant work experience. If you do not have formal qualifications, further years of work experience may be required.
