The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and optimisation of our warehousing solutions. From collaborating with external customers to working closely with internal operations teams, you will ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness. A day in the life of a Senior Solutions Analyst at Toll Group:
Collaborate with external customers and internal operations teams to understand requirements and document them effectively using tools such as Excel, process diagrams, and Visio.
Leverage your experience in WMS) to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Utilise your expertise in warehousing to contribute to the design and implementation of complex IT solutions.
Configure customizations in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) platform and oversee the change request process flow.
Meet project deadlines consistently while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
Leverage your experience in WMS (4 years ideally) to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Strong experience in warehousing, with a thorough understanding of industry best practices.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in documenting requirements using tools such as Excel, process diagrams, and Visio.
Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is essential, with at least 4 years of practical experience preferred.
Having 3PL industry experience & previous BY Dispatcher WMS implementation experience is desirable.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks accordingly.
