We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our business with attracting and hiring the best talent in the market. Based at North Ryde, you will be part of a dedicated internal team who are passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to our internal stakeholders as well as prospective candidates who are interested in building a great career with Boral.
Your day will involve:
Working collaboratively with Hiring Managers, Senior Leadership and People & Culture to develop, implement and evaluate recruitment initiatives and sourcing strategies for current and pipelined positions.
