As a growing company, we are continuing to add more clinicians to our multidisciplinary team providing supports to NDIS participants living in the south west Sydney region and are looking to expand our team into a new clinic based in Prestons.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner with the assistance of an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Assess participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life
- Mentor graduates and early career clinicians
- Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance

About you
- Considerable experience as an Occupational Therapist in the NDIS sector
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
- Pro-active attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
- Experience mentoring graduates and/or early career clinicians
- Genuine passion for working in the Disability sector
