We are seeking a like-minded, experienced Talent Acquisition specialist or agency recruiter to join us permanently, to take the lead on ECC veterinary recruitment, delivering against our recruitment objectives. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process.
While recruitment experience is preferred, we are open to veterinary industry professionals from GP, specialty and emergency backgrounds, who are wanting to leverage their strong network within the recruitment space.
An incredibly rewarding and hands-on role, that will work with qualified Vets locally and around the world in a very candidate short market. Partnering with hiring managers from diverse portfolios, to understand their unique hospital needs, styles and cultures in order to find the perfect fit.
