We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Office Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
We are looking for a versatile and proactive Office Manager who is willing to adapt to a sales role if needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in account reconciliation, other accounting duties, and warehousing. Strong computer skills are essential. While we prefer candidates with experience in these areas, we are willing to provide training for the right individual.
Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Handle account reconciliation and other basic accounting duties.
Oversee warehousing activities, including inventory management.
Utilize computer software for various business operations, including accounting and inventory systems.
Assist in sales activities as needed, including customer interactions and order processing.
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support other departments as required and take on additional responsibilities as the business grows.
