Programmed are currently looking for skilled Machine Operators & Knife hands for a large meat processing site located in Heathwood. QLD. The Role:
Operation of various food production machines including but not limited to Band Saw, Cruster, Grinder, Graselli etc
Using a knife trim fat off meat and or portioning the meat from the bone
Working in food production environment handling raw meat products such as pork, lamb & beef
Manual handling where required
Quality Assurance
General Hygiene / cleaning processes
AM & PM Shift on offer - 12 hour shifts for AM, 8 hours shifts for PM
Complete onsite uniform including boots, provided
Onsite parking and onsite canteen for your convenience
Full training provided
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in an food manufacturing environment is required
