Plummers Industries Pty Ltd requires:
WELDERS & FABRICATORS WA & QLD – Full Time position
Tasks include:
Able to read drawings and specifications to determine job requirements;
Selecting, cleaning and preparing metal stock;
Cutting marked-out metal sections and shapes using hand tools, flame cutting torches and metal cutting machines;
Joining metal sections using various welding techniques, bolting and riveting;
Examining welds for width of bead, penetration and precision.
Finishing products by grinding, cleaning;
Able to weld FluxCore 3G & 4G to AS1554.1 SP or AS2980 standards (or ISO equivalent).
Key Requirements:
AQF Certificate III or equivalent trade qualification;
A minimum of 2 - 3 years’ relevant experience;
Excellent work ethic with an attitude of continuous improvement;
Eligible to obtain a WA C Class Driver's License or equivalent;
Able to weld FluxCore 3G & 4G to AS1554.1 SP or AS2980 standards (or ISO equivalent).
