Position Purpose:

To execute and be responsible for the regional strategy and service delivery across Australia and New Zealand

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain an organization that is fit to meet customer demands and contracted scope of Services in a highly efficient, safe, compliant way while delivering on the internal KPI´s and PPI´s as well as on committed budgets
• To implement employee and organisational development, advancing our work methods and safety and quality culture
• Support the Service VP in providing counselling about market outlook, risks, and recommendations based on daily business and KPI development

Position Activities:

Set strategy to ensure safe and successful profitable growth across Australia & New Zealand
• Leading all people leaders and direct reports in the country. This comprises both the site planning support and the field staff as well as Recruiting and developing employees to obtain an excellent team performance
• P&L responsibility for the Region, especially in regard to the direct cost development in the contract portfolio
• Maintaining Customer interaction and relationships
• Execution of regional Projects and managing of local cost out projects to maximize the efficiency of the operation
• Responsible for flawless and compliant process setups and adherence in the local Service Organization, including maintaining safety and quality standards
• Alignment on Technology, Technical Support, Supply chain and Procurement for the Service needs to reach the objectives
• Claim Management and Issue resolution with customers on escalated topics; regular customer meetings; Contract lifetime management and renewal support
• Translation of the Vestas Service Strategy into fitting local initiatives
• Maintaining international cooperation within the Vestas network


Experience:
• Strong commercial and engineering understanding
• 10 years professional track record
• Successfully operative for 10 or more years in a leadership position

Essential Skills:
•High customer and service orientation
• Strong communication skills
• High problem-solving abilities
