The role

Continuing, Full time (part time fraction may be considered)
Level B/C/D - $107,098 to $173,330 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
Orange

Support students development of pre-clinical and clinical skills in the Universitys state-of-the-art teaching facilities, including the Simulation clinic, Dental Technology and Anatomy laboratories, and the Charles Sturt Dental and Oral Health clinics. Actively contribute to teaching, research and curriculum development, teaching a range of relevant subjects. The successful candidate will also have an opportunity to develop and progress an active research profile aligned to the strategic direction of the School. About you

Demonstrated evidence of full registration as a dentist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and in good standing with the Dental Board of Australia.
A postgraduate degree relevant to the discipline and/or a further qualification in the scholarship of teaching and learning, or a record of academic/professional achievement of national standing through contributions relevant to Dentistry or professional activities.
For appointment at Level C or D, a doctoral qualification relevant to clinical dentistry and a record of research achievement of national standing, through significant research contributions in an area relevant to the discipline
A record of significant achievement relevant to clinical dentistry at a national level, in the scholarship of academic leadership, teaching and learning, research and/or professional activity.
Significant experience and knowledge in clinical supervision and success in delivering high-quality student-centred teaching.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong professional relationships and networks to achieve objectives.
