What you will enjoy doing
Based in Winnelli, Darwin and also responsible for the Alice Spring deport, this role will find you managing, supervising the teams and providing direct of administration workflow, performance management and annual appraisals
You will be responsible for the preparation and achievement of annual budget, you will achieve budgeted sales, service charges and customer growth targets including effective margin management
Managing the center's P&L performance within budget, you improve efficiency and capability through existing and new processes
You will work with operational staff and regional schedulers to assist with management of transport fleet
Recruiting, mentoring, retaining and developing a motivated team consistent with Elgas philosophies and goals will set you and your team up for success
