Job description
Key responsibilities:
Customize Kubernetes clusters for dev, test, and prod teams
Enforce security measures: RBAC, pod policies, network isolation
Automate CI/CD with GitOps, embedding security tests
Deploy security testing tools for app vulnerabilities
Guide developers on secure coding and infrastructure
Monitor clusters for threats, coordinate incident response Required skills:
3 yrs in DevOps or Kubernetes
Deep Kubernetes knowledge
Proficient in CI/CD and automation (e.g., Jenkins X)
Security testing proficiency (SAST, DAST, SCA)
Scripting (Python, Bash) and IaC (Terraform, Ansible)
Networking security understanding
Strong communication, problem-solving, time management KPIs:
Time to set up secure clusters
Vulnerability count and severity
Deployment success and lead time
Developer and team satisfaction
