An opportunity currently exists for an experienced and passionate Concrete Sales Manager to take on a leadership role within our Concrete Fixed Plant division located at Wacol.
As one of the key leaders in Concrete reporting to the General Manager, you will be required to build staff and client relationships through exceptional team leadership, drive accountability with a focus on business development and participate in professional industry and government networks to expand the business even further.
Key duties of this role:
Manage and motivate a small team of experienced account managers ensuring appropriate support, guidance, and training.
Meet individual and team KPIs
Manage your own small portfolio of select internal and external clients
Stay well-informed of industry initiatives and market intelligence
Work with key staff on budget preparation, reporting and sales forecasting
