The Opportunity
At NOMAD Melbourne we are currently seeking a talented Chef to join our team. We are passionate about culinary excellence and sustainability and are looking for someone like minded and driven.
Our ideal candidates will have
*A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and at minimum 2-3 years of industry experience
*Knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine and techniques advantageous but not necessary
*Commitment, passion and appreciation for the hospitality industry
*Ability to work autonomously while treating guests and peers with respect, humility and kindness
*Availability to work a rotating roster
