We are currently looking for a Full Time Restaurant Manager who can Handle the Operation of the Business and be part of a vibrant team. The Suitable candidate must have experience working in an Italian Cuisine as a Restaurant Manager and must have in depth knowledge of Italian food.
Main duties Would Include:
• Supervising the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
• Liaising closely with chefs and ensuring the relationship with the kitchen team.
• Planning menus in consultation with chefs.
• Ensuring the restaurant is ready to be opened on time.
• Managing the restaurant bookings and table allocations.
• Providing outstanding food and beverage service.
• Taking guest orders and communicating with the kitchen to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring the restaurant remains clean and tidy.
• Ensuring food-safe handling standards are practiced at all times.
• Hiring, training staff, and performance management.
• Handle Floor Staff.
• Managing private functions.
• Supplier ordering, managing stock control, and stock-taking procedures.
• Contributing to budgeting and forecasting.
Qualifications required:
• Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience and
• A great personal demeanour or communication skills

• Good understanding of the hospitality industry and restaurant operations.
• Friendly, patient, and helpful.
• Motivated.
