At I Pastai we prepare, we are looking for a full time (at least 38 hours per week) skilled Production Manager (Manufacturing) to perform the following duties:
Responsibilities
• Overseeing the installation and procurement of new equipment and plant.
• Establishing, executing, and supervising production policies, strategies, and plans.
• Planning and managing production activities to meet quality and quantity targets, cost constraints, timelines, and labor needs.
• Regulating the operations of the production plant and quality control through maintenance scheduling, assigning operating hours, and ensuring the availability of parts and tools.
• Adjusting processes and resources to minimize production costs while monitoring output and expenses.
• Communicating production-related information to other managers.
Requirements
• The right candidate will have at least 2 years of experience
• A can-do attitude and ability of working independently.
Position: Full Time
Salary: $70,000 – 90,000 per year
