Location : Keysborough VIC 3173
Salary : $70,000 + Super

Lions Restorations is an Australian owned and operated company with highly experienced IICRC and RIA technicians in conjunction with the latest technology to provide restoration services. Being a member of RIA and being an IICRC registered company we focus on using advanced technology to deliver high quality, professional, comprehensive repair, and restoration services. We respond to water, fire, soot, dust, mould, sewage damage as well as structural drying for both domestic and commercial properties.
The Role:
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Engineering Technologist to join our team in Keysborough VIC. You will be an integral member of our team supporting us to deliver quality services on projects using your professional skills to further develop engineering and estimating capabilities and taking on every challenge.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise water damage and fire damage restoration works whilst being able to complete technical reports, scopes, and quotations to a high level.
• Documenting the current condition of damages and provide recommendations for repair and restorations works.
• Identifying building materials and its nature, moisture contents measuring of affected materials using proper methodology and decision making.
• Assess and provide solutions for mitigation of further damage.
• Communicate and liaise with all stakeholders
• Install and monitor specialist equipment to perform all areas of mitigation and restoration works
• Complete job specific WHS documents and detailed onsite reporting


Skills & Experience:
To be successful you will have:
• Degree/Diploma in Engineering
• Preferable property restoration experience preferably 2 years or more
• Ability to prioritise and multitask in a timely and efficient manner
• High level of attention to detail
• Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team
