About You
As the Engagement Advisor (Equity & Inclusion), you will be responsible for developing and implementing an engagement plan focussed on promoting and building awareness and participation in RMIT student equity and diversity initiatives, programs and services.
You will be working with stakeholders, building alignment across staff and student communications teams, and using a range of channels to raise awareness and build engagement.
To be successful in this position, you will have as a minimum:
High level communication skills and a proven ability to convey complex information, ideas and concepts clearly and efficiently to a wide range of audiences
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
