Details: The Director of Operations is responsible for leading and managing a number of customer service teams, including a call centre. Operations receive high volume enquiries, applications, forms and submissions. It is a dynamic and fast paced work environment characterised by rapid change, complexity and contestability. We are looking for an experienced, analytical and inspiring leader to drive change, oversee process improvement and deliver quality customer service outcomes in a regulatory/tax environment. The Director will establish and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and manage complex, high value and/or escalated revenue matters.
