Key Responsibilities:

Management of entertainment
Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and legal requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and maximise profitability.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the premises.
Foster a positive work environment and provide leadership and guidance to the pub staff.
Oversee the gaming area, including gaming machines, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and optimising revenue generation.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensee in a similar setting.
Extensive knowledge and experience in gaming management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
