Glencore?s Zinc Capital Studies & Projects group is seeking an Environment & Community Advisor under the Sustainable Development team (14-month fixed term, maternity leave cover). The group is responsible for a range of studies in various stages of progress, ensuring alignment with Glencore values, policies, goals and governance, and delivery of studies in a multi-disciplinary setting. We support various aspects of sustainable development, including the biophysical and human environment, stakeholder analysis, environmental approvals, and closure planning. Our studies and projects include efforts related to mine development and expansion, smelter works and asset closure.
Reporting to the Principal, Environment & Community, you will use your expertise to support delivery of these studies by ensuring consistent integration of our commitments to environmental and social responsibility in the strategic development of projects, ...
