The Role We are seeking applications for the role of a Senior Cook at our 64 bed residential aged care home in Peter Sinclair Gardens, Hawks Nest . The role is to work through the weekend with a great team and for developing and delivering nutritious meals to our elderly residents in line with their choices and preferences.
About You You will need to have experience in leading and managing catering operations with a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and coordinate a large team.
Skills and Experience require?d
Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent is preferred.
Supervising and managing the preparation of special meals and all dietary requirements including and not limited to low salt, diabetic, soft, textured and pureed
Day to day management of all kitchen operations.
