The Building Services Division of Tamworth Regional Council has an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join this dedicated team to coordinate all compliance and assets related inspections and works associated with the maintenance of Councils buildings and the infrastructure associated with building assets.
Reporting directly to the Technical Officer of Building Services, your key duties will include:
Providing specialist technical advice to operational staff
Managing the delivery of projects
Planning, programming and reviewing capital and operational works
Monitoring and reporting on budgets
Working closely with community groups and committees
