The Opportunity: Reporting to the Facilities Management Division Manager, this position will see you managing the entire candidate lifecycle through the source, selection and mobilisation process of candidates in the high volume utilities space for metro roles across; chefs, cooks, cleaners, security guards etc. With active client requests coming in daily, it will be important to build and maintain a candidate pool to ensure you are able to meet requirements on a regular basis, in turn, delivering on quality to be seen as the go to partner in this space. To be considered you must have:
Previous experience as a Resourcer / Recruitment Consultant or Account Manager in an agency environment
Experience working to and exceeding targets and deliverables
Developed candidate management and interview skills
History of lead generation and billing outcomes
Strong time management and critical
