We are looking for a passionate and driven Organiser to join our team in enabling activist leaders and people with lived experience to challenge injustice and protect their rights. Partnering with our most dedicated activists, the Organiser Activist Leadership Development role is responsible for building a cohort of highly skilled and empowered activists in Australia who effectively organise other activists.
The role is responsible for developing and delivering a training syllabus that supports the empowerment of activists adopting a train-the-trainer approach with the intention of building volunteer trainers across the country to ensure the sustainability of the movement
