Are you looking for a Manager, Workplace Relations to work within a HR team, with a global remit, enterprise-wide, in a well-established, growing commercial large-scale FMCG consumer organisation with great culture, and a high-performing multi-site, white and blue collar environment?
Due to company growth and investment into the expanding HR team, this will be a newly created position, reporting to the Chief People Officer. You will work strategically and operationally in an advisory capacity, well embedded, and supported by the broader P&C team and the in-house general counsel team, working collaboratively through the HR team and directly with your key stakeholders in the business.
