Working closely with the Manager - Land Development you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the planning referrals function for GVW to support the creation and servicing of approximately 1,000 new lots per year.
A key element of this role will be your ability to support team members by providing ongoing development, performance management and guidance to perform their roles.
