The Role:
Implement site inductions, provision of qualifications/ tickets and updating employee qualifications summary for client requirements
Arranging site specific medicals and training if required and filing in Box and on clients onboarding platforms
Assist project managers with setting up of Project/Foreman Folders (manual and in Box)
Set up new projects including filing relevant paperwork with client onboarding platforms etc.
Document updating and control along with archiving of paperwork for finished projects
Assist site employees with general requests for documentation
