About the role
In this position you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day implementation of the project, the project works, engaging with site leaders, the business and other key stakeholders to achieve the projects and business goals. This position performs a crucial role in coordinating all administrative aspects of the project.
Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a high level of attention to detail, and an ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
Gladstone based role
Monday to Friday - 48 hours
The Project Administration Department is responsible for, but not limited to:
Raising purchase orders
Processing invoices
Daily activity sheets (including timesheets)
Establishing, controlling and maintaining effective filing systems and records
Efficiently preparing and managing a variety of correspondence
Data entry
Stock and inventory control
General administration duties
