The Role
We have an exciting and fast paced opportunity to join the Infin8Care team in the role of Chef/Cook at our [Facility Details]. Reporting to the Facility Manager and our Regional Chef Manager, the Chef/Cook is responsible for providing a quality catering service which meets our residents needs, including the supervision, preparation and participation in cooking and baking. The Chef/Cook is an integral member of the team responsible for providing leadership and first line supervision to kitchen staff. This responsibility includes the allocation of duties to kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain high standards of preparation in minimizing nutritional losses and avoiding bacterial hazards.
Ensure the day-to-day purchase, delivery, storage, preparation, cooking, service and presentation of food and drink for residents is completed
