The Role
Work Health Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner- This role would act as a 2IC to the Head of Work Health and Safety and provide leadership and support to the wider business. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with front-line leaders to identify and execute improvement initiatives
Coordinate and actively participate in risk assessments to identify, control and mitigate workplace and operational hazards
Engage with frontline staff to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety standards
Take the lead in investigations into incidents and near misses including identifying root causes, implementing action plans
