We're looking for someone who is able to support the property with general maintenance and repairs as well as taking preventative actions. What your day will look like:
Performing good-quality corrective & preventative maintenance.
Minor paint and gyprock repairs.
Minor plumbing and tiling.
Maintaining plant rooms, switch rooms, and some outdoor areas.
Performing thorough weekly building & plant inspections.
