Job Title : Solution Architect (Digital)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead solution architecture for multiple projects focused on enhancing customer experience through new digital service channels.
Engage with multiple internal technical stakeholders, balancing project requirements, technical feasibility, and architectural strategy.
Develop and endorse architectural patterns, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks.
Translate architectural drivers into effective solutions, considering time, cost, and risk implications.
Manage and mitigate technical debt, ensuring scalable and secure systems.
Communicate the solution vision to suppliers and internal teams, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals.
Identify and define non-functional requirements, providing guidance for validation.
Support delivery planning, sequence work intelligently, and produce initial estimates.
