Who we are looking for
We're seeking a dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our Portland team. You'll be our customers' first point of contact, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure they're satisfied with our services.
This is a 12-month part-time position, working Monday to Friday, 10am-2pm, for a total of 40 hours a fortnight. It comes with a generous salary of $63,309.34 to $68,692.74 p.a. plus superannuation, pro-rata.

What you'll be doing
On a day-to-day basis, you'll:
Handle incoming customer phone calls.
Attend to visitors and customer enquiries.
Ensure customer requests and information received are handled accordingly.
