About the Role
As the Scrum Master - Digital, you will play a crucial role in driving the agile delivery of connected digital experiences for our customers. Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will lead and facilitate the agile development process, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver digital initiatives that align with business and customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the agile development process across digital and ecommerce initiatives.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog.
Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions.
