ABOUT THE ROLE: The Client has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated leader to fill the role of Case Manager. The Case Manager is a front-line management role, responsible for the day-to-day operations of one Non-Family Based Care Program.
Key Responsibilities of this role include:
Manage and oversee the day to day running of the Non-Family Based Care Program
Provide leadership and management of all staff members within the Program
Ensure that the Program consistently provides a hygienic, safe and therapeutic environment for young people to a high standard
