As the Coordinator OOHC, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating our OOHC services across the region, including Foster Care, Kinship Care, Family Connect and Support (FCS), and Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITTC). You'll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that prioritize the emotional, social, and behavioral needs, safety, and well-being of the children and young people in our care.
Working closely with a multidisciplinary team including House Supervisors, Therapeutic Specialists, Caseworkers, and Carers, you'll provide leadership, support, supervision, and development opportunities to ensure our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
