About the role
You will be running the day to day operations across the clinic.
As a Practice Manager within a busy clinic you will be required to oversee all the operations of the practice such as:
Prepare budgets, performance reports and ordering of stationary/items needed
Lead a team of 6, creating rosters, approving timesheets, and contributing to the development/growth of the company.
Working the floor and assisting the team with bookings & phones where needed.
Nursing responsibilities where needed.
Upholding Risk Management, Complaints Management and Quality Improvement within the clinic.
Key Requirements For Success
Previous experience in management or a senior role running a team.
Financial management and reporting processes experience (preferred).
Confident in rostering, compliance & payroll.
Strong organisational & communication skills.
Bachelor of nursing & AHPRA registration.
