An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Rigging Team Leader to join Service Stream! You will be in charge of a crew and responsible for the coordination of work sites, providing guidance and training to employees at lower levels and conducting higher duties where and when required.

Reporting Line: Construction Manager
Location: Huntingwood, NSW
Key Responsibilities:
Manage team performance as required
Coach, mentor and assist team with their development
Assist in resolving issues during construction.
Provide assistance to team members and upper management for escalated issues.
Ensure team performance meets expectations.
Full compliance with all HSE policies and procedures
Maintain daily records of activities and times
Work at heights on mobile phone base station structures to install antenna?s, feeders and ancillary equipment
